1 tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp cooking oil
500 gm cooking oil
1/2 cup oil (around 125ml)
2 cinnamon sticks
8 cardamom

2 medium chopped onion
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
2 medium tomato puree
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp cardamom
3 tsp kabsa masala
1.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
4 dry lemon
6 green chilli
1.5 litres hot water
4.5 cups basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
