Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.

Lay the kale out on some paper towels and pat it down.

Let the kale air dry for about an hour.

Tear or cut the leaves off of the stem.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly coat the kale chips with olive oil.

Place the kale leaves on a baking sheet while tearing them into smaller pieces.

Bake the kale chips for 15 minutes, turning every five minutes.

When the kale chips are done baking, put them on a plate and sprinkle with salt while still warm.
