Chop 150 g onion and add it to a pot with 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 20 g of butter to the pot with the onion.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Once the onion is transparent and smells fried, add 350 g of ground meat and cover the pot, cooking for 5 minutes.
Chop 80 g of bell pepper and 180 g of tomato into cubes.
Stir the meat occasionally while cooking.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pot.
Add hot water to prevent burning.
Add the chopped bell pepper and tomato to the pot.
Add spices: 1/3 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, 0.5 tablespoon sweet paprika, 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 200 g of canned or boiled beans to the soup.
Once the soup boils, taste and add another 0.25 tablespoon of salt if needed.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of lemon juice and let it simmer for 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
Chop fresh herbs (dill and parsley) and add them to the soup.
