While the dough rests, prepare Swiss chard leaves by removing the stems.

Take a spoonful of the dough and place it on a Swiss chard leaf.

Roll the leaf tightly around the filling, securing it by halving the stem and threading it through the roll.

Repeat until all filling is used up.

Bring the rolled capuns to a boil in water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove the capuns and sauté them in hot butter for a few minutes until browned.
