Boil Swiss chard in salted water briefly and then cool it down.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 dl water, and 1 dl milk.

Add 300 g of flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Chop 100 g of diced vegetables and add them to the mixture.

Chop a bunch of chives and mix them into the filling.

Prepare a baking pan and pour in 2 dl of cream and 1.5 dl of vegetable broth.

Place the filling onto the Swiss chard leaves and roll them up.

Sprinkle 100 g of mountain cheese on top of the rolls in the baking pan.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
