1 Cup of Rice
Half a spoon of caraway seeds
a quarter spoon of fennel seeds
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
2 Green chillies
25 gms of Garlic
25 gms of ginger
20 Shallots whole
10 ml of oil
Two and a half cups of water

Boil two and a half cups of water with oil and salt to taste.

Add the washed and soaked rice to the boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes.

In another heated pan, take 10 ml of oil.

Put in the caraway seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, and cinnamon and let the seeds pop.

Add the shallots, garlic, and ginger and sauté till the shallots lose their pinkish color.

Add the tomatoes and the green chillies and sauté and mix well.

Then add the Long yard beans and sauté and mix for 10 to 12 minutes.

Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

Then add the prepared rice to this mixture little by little and mix well with the rest of the mixture on low flame.

Take off the flame and serve.
