Curry Lobster

Cut lobster tails into small pieces and wash with lemon juice and cool water.

Transfer cleaned lobster into a bowl and squeeze juice of half a lemon over it.

Add seasoning cube, curry powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and garlic powder to the lobster and mix well.

Add freshly chopped seasonings and better pack curry powder to the lobster and mix again.

In a clean pot, melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter and add the seasoned lobster and 1 bay leaf.

Cover and steam the lobster on low heat for about 10 minutes without adding any liquid.

While the lobster is cooking, slice plantains and fry them.

Steam basmati rice on the side to serve with the lobster.

After 10 minutes, check the lobster which should have released juices and be cooked.

Garnish the lobster with fresh parsley before serving.
