1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh curd
salt to taste

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 dried red chilies

1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups water

Grind 2 green chilies, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut, and 1/2 cup coriander leaves with 1/2 cup water into a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup fresh curd and the ground paste; whisk well.

Add 2 cups of water to the mixture and whisk again.

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan; add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add 2 dried red chilies and some curry leaves to the pan.

Add the curry mixture to the pan and 1 tablespoon of sugar; mix well.

Cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After cooking, turn off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle toasted cumin powder.
