Pour the cream of coconut, the sweetened condensed milk, and the coconut milk into the blender and blend on high. Set aside half.

Add evaporated milk, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender and blend to combine.

Stir milk into reserved egg-yolk mixture. Then, using a large rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream.

In a large bowl, pour the heavy cream, almond extract, nutmeg, and coconut flakes, then beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
