Take 200 grams of katifi. If katifi is not available, you can use phyllo dough as a substitute.

Cut the katifi into small strands.

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan.

Once the ghee melts, add the katifi and roast on low flame until golden brown, stirring continuously to prevent burning.

Let the roasted katifi cool down a bit.

Add 200 grams of pistachio paste to the cooled katifi and mix well, ensuring each strand is coated with pistachio for flavor and crunch.

Set the katifi and pistachio mixture aside.

Take 200 grams of dark chocolate and chop it into small pieces for even melting.

Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time to avoid seizing.

Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using the double boiler method if you don't have a microwave.

Use a Dubai chocolate mold (or any mold you have) and coat the bottom with the melted chocolate, then refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.

After setting, add the katifi and pistachio mixture on top and press it down lightly.

Refrigerate again for 5 minutes.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top to cover completely.
