Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add snow peas to the skillet and cook until they are bright green and slightly tender, then remove from the skillet.
Add more vegetable oil to the skillet and half of the flank steak; cook until browned, then remove from the skillet.
Add the remaining flank steak to the skillet and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet.
Add the sauce to the skillet and whisk to combine; let it thicken as it cooks.
Turn off the heat and serve the stir-fry over a bowl of rice.
