1 cup mung bean / green moong dal
1 inch ginger
4 green chilli
10g coriander leaves
1/2 cup water
1 cup carrot
1 onion
1/2 tomato
salt as required
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp paprika / chilli powder

Blend mung bean, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, and water together and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt, roasted cumin powder, and paprika/chilli powder to the mixing bowl and mix well.

Take one full scoop of batter and apply it evenly in a hot greased pan.

Cover and cook both sides until golden brown.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
