450g (2 ¼ cups) feta cheese
20g (2 tbsp) semolina
1 egg
75g (5 tbsp) sugar
10ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract

Divide the dough into circles and fry them.

Bake on 360F/180C for 5-10 minutes.
