Chop 3 garlic cloves.

Add a handful of mint leaves and parsley leaves, chop them up.

Add about 1 cup of tahini and 1/3 cup of water, mix.

Add juice of 4 lemons, about half a cup, and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix again.

Chop 1 onion and a half cup of parsley, mix together.

Add 1 pound of ground lamb, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, mix well.

Put the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for a few minutes.

Cut up mushrooms, mint leaves, green onions, bell peppers, and jalapeno, place on a tray.

Spray vegetables with olive oil, add coarse salt and pepper, mix.

Grill the vegetables for about 20 minutes.

Put the lamb on the grill, cooking over medium heat without skewers.

Cook the lamb for about 5 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for another 6-7 minutes.

Check the lamb after another 5 minutes, adjust heat if necessary, and cook for a couple more minutes.

Serve the lamb with tahini sauce and grilled vegetables on pita bread.
