Melt dark chocolate using a water bath method with a ceramic bowl over boiling water.
Break the dark chocolate into the ceramic bowl and let it melt gently.
Combine mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, using a low-speed electric whisk or by hand to avoid breaking the structure.
Mix in the melted dark chocolate and add a splash of milk.
Whip the cream until fluffy, adding sugar to taste.
Layer the bottom of a dish with espresso-soaked ladyfinger cookies, ensuring they are well drenched.
Add a layer of the chocolate mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for up to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with cocoa powder and chocolate curls before serving.
