1 tbsp Sorghum Flour
½ kg. Mutton
3-4 tbsp. Oil
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

In another pan, heat oil and sauté the garam masala ingredients on low flame until aromatic.

Add grated coconut to the garam masala and roast together.

Once the spices are roasted and cooled, add sorghum flour and transfer to a mixer/grinder with sautéed onions to grind into a fine paste.

In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté the mutton until slightly brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw aroma disappears.

Mix in the finely ground garam masala paste and salt to the mutton.

Add a litre of water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for 3 whistles, then on low flame for 10 minutes.
