3/4 cups baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
chicken liver
garlic
minced ginger
kicking chicken seasoning
black pepper

brown sugar or soy sauce
onion
scallion
thyme
Scotch bonnet pepper
bell peppers

2 green bananas

Combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, 3/4 cups of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the dry ingredients and rub it in with clean hands.

Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and combine to form a soft dough.

Set the dough aside to rest.

Clean the chicken liver and season with garlic, minced ginger, kicking chicken seasoning, black pepper, and spicy chicken seasoning.

Add brown sugar or soy sauce for color.

Fry the liver on high heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce heat and cover to let it cook in its own juices.

Add thyme and remaining fresh veggies to the liver and cook for a few more minutes until done.

Boil water with salt and add 2 green bananas, cutting them deep enough to open the skin without cutting the banana.

Add more water if necessary to submerge the bananas and boil until cooked.

Fry plantain in oil until golden brown.

Pinch and roll the rested dough into dumplings and fry in hot oil until cooked through, spinning them for even cooking.
