In a bowl, add eggs, salt and red chilli powder and beat it.

Add onion, tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander in beaten eggs and give it a good whisk.

Cut the 6 pieces of bread into small cubes.

Take a mould and brush oil properly.

In a mould, make a bread bed. Set it properly to get a good result.

Pour the beaten egg mixture over the bread and set it accordingly.

Preheat the skillet before 2 minutes on medium heat.

Place the mould on skillet and cook on low heat.
