1 cup poha

2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 packet Maggi masala
1 finely chopped green chili
1/2 inch grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
salt to taste
1 teaspoon eno
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon bell pepper
1 tablespoon tomato
1 tablespoon onion
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Soak 1/2 cup moong dal overnight or for 2-3 hours.

Drain the water and place the dal in a mixing jar with 2 tablespoons yogurt and 2 tablespoons water, and blend to a coarse paste.

In a bowl, combine the blended dal paste with 1/2 cup semolina and 1 cup rinsed poha.

Add 2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot, 2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 packet Maggi masala, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1/2 inch grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Cover the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare a topping by mixing 1 tablespoon bell pepper, 1 tablespoon tomato, 1 tablespoon onion, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.

After 10 minutes, add 1/4 cup water to the mixture and mix again.

Add 1 teaspoon eno and the same amount of water, and mix quickly to activate the eno.

Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly. Top with the prepared topping.

Steam in an electric rice cooker with 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Check with a knife to see if it comes out clean.

Once done, let it cool before removing from the tin and cut into slices.
