Spicy Mayo Salmon Burgers

1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon food club chili sauce
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon food club mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups packed coleslaw mix
1 1/4 pounds salmon fillets, skin removed, patted dry and chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup food club panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon food club salt
1/2 teaspoon food club ground black pepper
1 tablespoon food club vegetable oil
4 ball park white hamburger buns
1 small avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; set aside for topping.

In another bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix, chopped salmon, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, sliced green onions, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Form the mixture into patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a grill or pan over medium heat.

Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by placing the salmon patties on the buns, topping with the spicy mayo mixture, and adding slices of avocado.
