1 cup coconut milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut flour

Add 1 cup coconut milk to the blender.

Crack in 4 eggs into the blender.

Add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness.

Blend the mixture until combined.
