2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
to taste green Tabasco sauce
2 large onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced tomatoes
3 cups green chilies, roasted and chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon mild chili powder
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cups potatoes, diced
to taste nuclear wolf rub pork shoulder (optional)

Season pork loin chops with black pepper and kosher salt on both sides.

Place seasoned pork chops in a convection oven set to roast mode at 365°F.

Cook pork chops until browned.
