1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion
1 medium capsicum
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cut the beef into strips and wash it before marinating.

Marinate the beef with 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 4 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the marinated beef strips for 8-9 minutes until slightly golden and crispy.

Remove the fried beef and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1/4 cup oil and chopped garlic. Sauté until golden.

Add 1 cup of warm water and 1/2 cup chicken broth, followed by 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar and a pinch of black pepper powder. Stir to combine.

Prepare a mixture of 4 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and add it to the pan. Stir until it thickens.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat until the vegetables are crunchy.
