1.5 lb flank steak

Chop yellow onion and separate the pieces.

Cut red and green bell peppers into pieces.

Cut spring onions, leaving some green parts for later.

Mince 2 garlic cloves.

Cut 1.5 lb of flank steak into strips.

Marinate the beef with salt, baking powder, Shing wine, sesame oil, and corn starch for 10 to 15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by mixing dark soy sauce, water, black pepper, brown sugar, and a little oyster sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated beef for 3 to 5 minutes until the color changes, then remove and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan and sauté minced garlic and spring onions until fragrant.

Stir-fry the chopped vegetables until cooked.

Add the beef back to the pan and toss with the vegetables.

Pour in the prepared sauce and add corn starch slurry to thicken it up.

Reduce heat and add the saved green parts of the spring onion and top with sesame seeds.
