Cut 600 g of boneless beef into tiny slices using a sharp knife.

For marination, mix 1 egg (room temperature), 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp baking powder, and 2 tbsp corn flour in a bowl.

Add two pinches of sugar to the marination mixture and mix well.

Add the sliced beef to the marination and ensure every piece is well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 5 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Check the temperature to be around 150°C before adding the beef.

Fry the beef in batches for 3-4 minutes, ensuring not to overcrowd the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and not sticking together.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 5 cloves of chopped garlic and sauté briefly.

Add dry red chili and sliced ginger to the skillet and sauté.

Pour in 2 tbsp of chili garlic paste and 1/2 cup of water. Stir to combine.

Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp white pepper. Mix well.

Add yellow pepper, green chili, red chili, and green onions to the mixture. Stir everything together.

Increase the heat to high and cook until the mixture is dry, about 2 more minutes. Adjust salt if necessary.
