Cut beef into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Use a food processor to mince the beef until properly mixed.
Pour minced beef into a bowl and set aside.
Chop Irish potatoes into smaller pieces and set aside.
Chop two abanero peppers into smaller pieces, optional for heat.
Dice onions and set aside.
Cut carrots into smaller chunks and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add bay leaves and onions, frying until onions release their flavor.
Add curry powder to the oil and mix.
Add minced beef to the pan and cook until it is no longer bright pink.
Remove bay leaves from the mixture.
Add chopped abanero pepper, carrots, and Irish potatoes to the beef mixture and mix well.
Add seasoning powder and a little water to the mixture, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
After cooking, fluff the mixture and check that the potatoes are cooked.
Add diluted corn starch and water to the filling and mix until combined.
Cook the filling for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens, then let it cool down in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms, without using butter.
Let the dough rest for 5 to 10 minutes before working with it.
Roll out the dough individually for beginners and cut into desired shapes.
Use a meat pie cutter to shape the pies for a better appearance.
Seal the edges of the pies with water after adding filling.
Fry the pies in vegetable oil until golden brown.
