Cut the chuck roast into cubes.

After about 2 hours, check the temperature again; it should be around 170°F. Pull the cubes off the smoker and place them into a foil pan.

Add 4 tablespoons of butter, a little bit of honey, and Blues Hog raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce to the pan with the chuck roast cubes.

Mix everything together in the pan until well coated.

Cover the pan with foil and increase the smoker temperature to 250-265°F.
