1 teaspoon cloves (clavos de olor)

1 lb fresh fish (pescado)
1 medium red onion (cebolla)
1/2 cup celery (apio)
1/2 cup water (agua)
1 tablespoon ginger (jengibre)
2 cloves garlic (ajo)
1/2 cup cilantro (culantro)
1-2 ají limo (to taste)
1 teaspoon salt (sal)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (pimienta)
