2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, add dry yeast to warm milk and sugar, mix well, and leave it for 10 minutes to dissolve the yeast to proof.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add to the yeast mixture along with melted butter and mix well.

In a large bowl, add flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture slowly while mixing to form a soft, sticky dough.

Knead the dough until smooth and place it into a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.

After 1 hour, turn the dough out onto a floured work surface, knead until smooth, shiny, and elastic, and rest it for another 10 minutes.

Take a bowl, add one egg, mix well, and brush it on top for egg wash if required (can add water to it and mix again).

Divide the dough into small balls, roll the dough, place the filling, and roll it up.

Glaze the tops with the beaten egg.

Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake until golden.
