Homemade Meatloaf

Add 1 pound of veal, 1 pound of pork, and 1 pound of beef to a bowl.

Add 6 chopped garlic cloves and 1 large diced onion to the bowl.

Add 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, using a mix of red, yellow, and orange.

Add 2 stalks of chopped celery and 2 diced carrots to the mixture.

Add 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1 egg, pepper, salt, a palm full of paprika, and a palm full of chili.

Put on meat gloves and mash all the ingredients together.

Form the mixture into a log or desired shape.

Place the formed meatloaf in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 15 minutes.

While the meatloaf is baking, mix together 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce, a little bit of liquid smoke, a little bit of soy sauce, and about 3 tablespoons of molasses.

After 15 minutes, baste the meatloaf with the sauce mixture.

Let the meatloaf cook for another 30 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Slice the meatloaf thickly and top with more ketchup.
