Lobster and Crab Rolls

Slice up the lobster tails and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Chop shallots finely and sauté them in butter in the Ninja Foodi.
Add cracked black pepper to the sautéed shallots.
Add the lobster meat to the sautéed shallots and cook until done.
Once the lobster is almost done, add the lump crabmeat to warm it through.
Butter each side of the sweet Hawaiian rolls and air crisp them in the Ninja Foodi at 390°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Fill the toasted rolls with the lobster and crab mixture and garnish with chopped chives.
