1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp tomato puree
2 1/2 dl cooking cream
1 dl milk
1 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tsp dijon mustard

Slice the falu sausage into rounds.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add sliced falu sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove falu sausage from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chopped onion; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes to deepen flavor.
