1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon
1 can tomato sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 can hot chili beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can red beans
1 bottle of beer

Start by breaking up 2 lbs of ground venison in a meat breaker.

Cook the venison until it's about halfway done, then add chopped onion and bell pepper.

Season with a little salt and black pepper while cooking the venison.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Add tomato paste and toast it for 2-3 minutes to build flavor.

Pour in 1 1/2 cups of water, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes, 1 can of hot chili beans (juice included), 1 can of pinto beans, and 1 can of red beans (rinsed and drained).

Add 1 bottle of beer and stir everything together.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 1-2 hours, starting with the lid off.
