Fill a 60 quart pot with 30 quarts of water.

Add 6 oranges, 6 lemons, 2 whole cloves of garlic (chopped), and 2 quartered onions to the pot.

Add 2 cups of Louisiana crab boil mix and half a bottle of Zatarain's crawfish shrimp and crab boil to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Add 5 pounds of small potatoes and 4 pounds of smoked sausage to the pot and cook for another 15 minutes after it comes back to a boil.

Add 6 pounds of crab legs and 1 stick of butter to the pot and stir.

After 5 minutes, add 9 pounds of jumbo shrimp and let them cook until they turn pink.

Finally, add 24 halves of frozen corn to the pot to stop the cooking process and let everything soak for about 20 minutes.
