1

Fill a turkey fryer halfway with water.

2

Add 1 quart of chicken stock to the water.

3

Add crab boil seasoning or 1/4 cup of old bay seasoning, 5 cloves of whole peeled garlic, and 1 quartered onion to the water.

4

Put the lid on and bring the water to a boil.

5

Once boiling, add 3 pounds of mini potatoes directly from the bag into the water.

6

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until the pot comes back to a boil.

7

Cut the smoked polish kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches each.

8

Add the kielbasa to the pot and cover, cooking for 10-15 minutes until the pot is back to a rolling boil.

9

Cut 6 ears of corn in half and add them to the pot, covering it again and cooking for about 10 minutes until boiling.

10

Add 3 pounds of shrimp with shells on to the pot and cook for about 3 minutes until they turn pink.

11

Check the shrimp; if they are still a little opaque, let them cook for an additional 2 minutes until solidly pink.

12

Turn off the heat and drain the contents of the pot into a pan to remove excess water.

13

Dump the mixture onto a table or serving platter.

14

Squeeze the juice of 1 whole lemon over the top and sprinkle with old bay seasoning.

15

Serve with cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and melted butter.
