Pour the entire 16-ounce bag of Louisiana brand crawfish, shrimp, and crab boil into a pot half full of water.

Add the entire 8-ounce bottle of concentrated crawfish, crab, and shrimp boil to the pot.

Stir the mixture with a paddle and cover the pot to heat it up until it starts rolling.

Cut lemons in half and quarter white onions, then add them to the pot along with a couple of cloves of garlic.

Wait for the mixture to reach a rolling boil.

Add a bag of red potatoes and cut sausage to the pot, stirring the mixture.

Let the potatoes and sausage cook for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
