Mix warm milk and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, beaten egg, and peanut butter to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 2-3 hours.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
Shape each portion into a ball and fill with peanut butter and jam; seal the edges tightly.
Roll each ball in bread crumbs and place on a greased baking tray.
Cover and let rise again for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Preheat the oven to 185°C (365°F).
Bake the pandesal for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
