Heat 4 cups of chicken broth in a pot until simmering.
Sauté 1 chopped onion in a pan until translucent.
In a bowl, combine 1 pound of ground pork, 1 pound of ground beef, the sautéed onion, 1 egg, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs about 2 inches in diameter.
Drop the meatballs into the simmering chicken broth carefully.
Let the meatballs simmer in the broth for 15 minutes.
Prepare a mixture of 1 cup of cold water and 3 tablespoons of flour, stirring to remove lumps.
Pour the flour mixture into the broth to thicken the sauce.
Add about 1.5 tablespoons of butter to the sauce for creaminess.
Chop fresh dill and add it to the sauce before serving.
