Recipe Information
Cold Pasta with Bresaola and Rocket Salad
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, bresaola, rucola, and grated parmigiano or grana.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the pasta mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
Toss everything together until well combined and serve.
