1.5 tablespoons tamari

Add 1 large chopped white onion to the pot and sauté until translucent, adding a little vegetable broth if it starts to stick.

Pour in 2 liters of vegetable broth and stir everything together.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot, set to pressure cook for 17 minutes, and ensure the vent is closed.

After cooking, vent the steam and open the lid to check the soup.
