In a bowl, combine 20 g fresh yeast and 500 ml lukewarm milk.
Add 80 g sugar and mix well.
Incorporate 500 g all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt into the mixture.
Add 50 ml vegetable oil and mix the batter well; it will be a little runny, which is correct.
Prepare a baking pan measuring 29 x 33 cm (11 x 13 inches).
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Scatter 250 g blueberries, 250 g raspberries, 125 g currants, and 125 g strawberries over the top of the batter.
Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes to allow it to rise a little more.
In a separate bowl, mix 120 g all-purpose flour, 60 g butter, and 60 g sugar to create a crumble topping.
After the resting period, sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
