1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 lb fresh cranberry beans, soaked
1 lb pumpkin, diced
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
2 bay leaves
4 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in the pan.

Add onions and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Add paprika and oregano, mix through and fry for 1 minute.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
