1 medium Potatoes, diced (around 100 gm)
2 medium Carrots, diced
½ cup Peas
1 Apple, diced
1 Banana, cut into cube
¼ Pomegranate
Raisins (Kishmish) 2 tbsp
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Fresh Cream
¼ tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
¼ White pepper powder
¼ tsp Salt, adjust as per taste

Boil, peel, and dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil the carrots for 3-4 minutes and boil potato and peas for 5 mins or until just tender. Let everything cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine all the diced and boiled vegetables.

Add the chopped apple, banana, pomegranate, raisins.

Now add mayonnaise, fresh cream, black pepper, white pepper and salt to form a smooth dressing.

Gently fold everything together until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
