Peel the sweet potato.

Cut the sweet potato into small pieces.

Pour some water into the pot.

Add the diced sweet potato into the steamer.

Steam for 15 minutes on medium high heat.

After 15 minutes, add sweet potato to a big bowl.

Mash the sweet potato.

Add 100g sweet potato puree, ¼ cup milk, and 2 eggs to the bowl and mix well.

Pour the eggs into the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp brown sugar and mix well.

Add 50g all purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Add 15ml melted unsalted butter and mix well.

Add a bit of oil.

Scoop ¼ cup sweet potato batter and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
