Prepare cucumber salad by slicing 2 cucumbers and 2 small onions lengthwise.

Slice red chili into thin rings, add a pinch of sea salt, white pepper, 2 teaspoons honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 6 tablespoons vinegar, and 1 cup water. Refrigerate the salad.

Remove ends of the serrano pepper, slice lengthwise, and set aside.

Chop garlic finely or use a garlic press, slice a large onion in half, and chop one half into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan on low heat, add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté.

Add 4 bay leaves and 4 lemon leaves, and sauté on low heat.

Cut 1 kilogram of chicken breast into 3 cm cubes and add to the pan, stirring well.

Add 1 teaspoon sambal badjak, 1 teaspoon sambal oek, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons honey. Cook on low for 6 minutes.

Prepare green beans by chopping a quarter of the large onion and sautéing with oil, garlic, bay leaves, and lemon leaves.

Add 2 red chilies and a red bell pepper sliced into thin strips, 2 tomatoes diced, 1 teaspoon sambal badjak, and laos powder. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add green beans, and if using fresh beans, pre-cook them before adding. Simmer with the lid on, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the chicken with ketchup, oil, remaining onion, 5 cloves garlic, and grated ginger until browned.

Add 500 grams of chicken breast cut into strips, stirring well with white pepper, 1 teaspoon sambal badjak, sea salt, and 100 ml sweet ketchup.

Add dark soy sauce for color, slowly mix in water to achieve desired thickness, keeping the heat low to prevent burning.

Reheat the chicken, add pre-cooked eggs, and stir in coconut milk and fresh herbs.
