1 pound (454 g) baby potatoes
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) oil
salt , to taste
black pepper , to taste

16 ounces (454 g) mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup (42 g) flour
3 cups (960 ml) broth (beef, chicken or vegetable)

Boil the baby potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
