1

Remove the pork butt from the fridge and cut it into four or five pieces.

2

Heat the Instant Pot on sauté mode and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

3

Sear the pork pieces in the pot for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.

4

Use a wooden spoon to break up the browned bits at the bottom of the pot.

5

Add 1/2 diced white onion to the pot and sauté it in the brown bits and olive oil until translucent.

6

Mix 2 cups of Coca-Cola with 2 teaspoons of Da Bomb Beyond Insanity hot sauce in a bowl until incorporated.

7

Return the seared pork to the pot on top of the sautéed onions.

8

Sprinkle the dry blend of spices (1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper) over the pork.

9

Add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth to the pot.

10

Pour the Coca-Cola and hot sauce mixture over the pork and spices in the pot.

11

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.

12

Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 20 minutes after cooking.

13

Release any remaining pressure and open the lid of the Instant Pot.

14

Remove the pork from the pot and shred it using chicken claws or forks.

15

In a bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, and apple cider vinegar (approximately 2 tablespoons of each).

16

Add 1/2 to 1 cup of the liquid drippings from the Instant Pot to the sauce mixture and stir until combined.
