2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, add rolled oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
