1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
to taste
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup blueberries
1 cup diced strawberries
as needed vanilla yogurt

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine honey, oil, and maple syrup.

Add vanilla to the bowl and whisk together.

Add salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the mixture and whisk until combined.

Add old-fashioned oats or rolled oats to the mixture and mix everything together.

Pour the mixture onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread it out.

Bake in the preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes.

At the 20-minute mark, remove the granola from the oven and stir it thoroughly, then spread it out again.
