1/3 cup pecans
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup dried fruit (craisins)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 Celsius).

Add 1/3 cup of pecans and 1/4 cup of slivered almonds to a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of table salt and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the bowl and mix.

Add the mixture to 4 cups of rolled old-fashioned oats and set aside.

In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of coconut oil and heat in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds until melted.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup to the melted coconut oil and stir well.

Pour the wet mixture into the oats and nuts, and mix until everything is coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 24 minutes, stirring halfway through at the 12-minute mark.

After 12 minutes, remove from the oven, stir, and return to bake for another 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown.

Once baked, let the granola cool for 45 minutes to an hour.

Break the cooled granola into chunks and transfer to a bowl.

Add 1 cup of dried fruit (craisins) and mix together.
